On 7/8/04, Ron Currens sent the following email granting permission:
Hey now good folks -
My name is Ron Currens and I am the webmaster for the Donna Hopkins Band, see www.donnahopkins.com . I am also an active taper and I taped the Derek Trucks Band and the Donna Hopkins Band at Neverland Farms on 5-29-2004. I sent the CDs to Thomas Pope and he uploaded the DTB portion of the show. I asked Donna if she was OK with her set being uploaded as well and she said it would be great, so I asked Thomas to do so. He responded:
Ron,
I've uploaded Donna's Neverland show to the live archive and "added" the band to their list (abbreviation for I.D. = dhb) > I'm sure they'll be contacting you for proof of her permission that it's OK to share her stuff.

Please accept this email as formal permission to host Donna's shows. Please also add the Donna Hopkins Band to your list of taper-friendly bands. The only limit: Dates off-limits when same as commercial releases, or being considered for future releases.
